TK Elevator seeks an experienced Project Manager for New Installation and Modernization projects in San Diego, CA. You will oversee multi-discipline teams, ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget, and drive safety and efficiency across assignments.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in elevator/construction, strong reading of blueprints, and hands-on project management experience in the elevator sector. Travel up to 10% may be needed.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of elevator equipment and installation procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural/structural drawings and documents.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
