Job summary

ADM Toledo seeks an Elevator Supervisor to oversee daily elevator operations, including loading/unloading, sampling, grading, transferring and storage of goods. You will train and lead hourly staff, enforce safety and sanitation, and drive improvements to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, related to operations or engineering.
• High School Diploma or GED with on‑the‑job training accepted.
• Technical certifications relevant to industrial operations are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily elevator operations, including loading/unloading, sampling, grading and storage.
• Train and supervise hourly staff in operations, safety and facilities upkeep.
• Maintain preventive maintenance, sanitation and operation schedules.
• Identify and implement improvements to meet objectives and reduce downtime.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DNR, DOT and company policies.
