Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute plans according to the work schedule and prioritize shift work.
• Ensure safety of all personnel by complying with occupational safety regulations.
• Identify and mitigate environmental, GMP, and safety hazards on shift.
• Develop and train hourly staff; maintain positive morale and discipline as needed.
