Job summary

TK Elevator is seeking an experienced Tower Supervisor to lead the Elevator Test Tower and Engineering Laboratory in Atlanta, GA. You will supervise technicians, plan daily work, and ensure safety, quality, and compliance during testing of mechanical and electrical elevator systems.

You will collaborate with engineering, product development, manufacturing, and quality teams to develop testing methodologies and documentation, driving continuous improvement in test efficiency and product

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive technical experience involving elevator systems, mechanical or electrical testing, or engineering laboratory operations.
• 3+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience with building, installing, repairing, and testing complex mechanical and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead technicians in developing, fabricating, assembling, and maintaining specialized test equipment for elevator components and systems.
• Coordinate installation of subsystems, mockups, prototypes, and complete elevator systems within the test tower.
• Oversee electrical and mechanical testing to validate performance and safety in accordance with specifications.
