TK Elevator is seeking an experienced Superintendent- Modernization to lead elevator modernization projects in Northern New Jersey. You will supervise field crews, manage schedules, and ensure safety and quality throughout the project lifecycle.

As a key liaison with owners, consultants, and architects, you will review progress, handle change orders, and coordinate with subcontractors to deliver on time and within budget while maintaining compliance with applicable codes.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises modernization field employees and enforces company safety policies and procedures.
• Plans, directs and prioritizes elevator modernization projects and manpower needs using project management tools.
• Reviews job status using accounting reports to identify risk and opportunities and reports fade issues prior to revenue.
• Manages jobsites from survey through completion of modernization, documenting progress and advising on issues.
• Manages subcontractor schedule and performance on turnkey projects.
• Develops and maintains strong working relationships with owners, elevator consultants, and architects.
• Reviews and signs off on change orders, purchase orders, turnover authorizations, accounts receivable, write-offs and credits.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of federal, state and local elevator industry code requirements.
• Interacts with factory, coordination and labor, and consults with the Regional Operations Team to ensure SOP adherence.
