TK Elevator in Northern New Jersey is seeking an experienced Superintendent-Modernization to lead field crews through elevator modernization projects, ensuring timely, profitable completions and adherence to budgets. You will supervise workers, enforce safety, manage subcontractors, review progress with customers, and coordinate with owners, consultants, and architects.

A valid driver's license and relevant management experience are required.

Qualificações

• Construction industry knowledge or related business background
• Ability to write reports, proposals, and business correspondence
• Ability to present information to management and customers
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions
• Ability to interpret technical instructions and work with various variables
• Requires a valid driver's license and a clean MVR

Responsabilidades

• Supervise modernization field employees; hire and manage performance.
• Administer safety program including audits and policy enforcement.
• Plan and prioritize elevator modernization projects and manpower needs.
• Review job status via accounting reports and identify risks and opportunities.
• Manage jobsites from survey to completion; coordinate with customers and resolve issues.
• Manage subcontractor schedule and performance on turnkey projects.
• Maintain relationships with owners, consultants, and architects.
• Sign off on change orders and approvals; monitor accounts receivable and credits.
• Stay current with federal, state, and local elevator codes.
