Job summary

TK Elevator in Little Rock, AR, is seeking an experienced Superintendent for New Installation and Modernization projects. You will oversee construction field teams, manage safety programs, and drive on-time, profitable project delivery while coordinating with owners, contractors, and engineers.

The role requires strong leadership, planning, and reporting capabilities, with a focus on compliance with elevator industry codes and company SOPs.

Qualifications

• Ability to write reports, contract proposals and business correspondence.
• Ability to present information and respond to questions from management and customers.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to interpret a wide variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form.

Responsibilities

• Supervises construction field employees and provides direction, training, and performance management.
• Administers company safety program and conducts safety audits as needed.
• Plans and prioritizes elevator installations and manpower needs; uses scheduling tools.
• Reviews job status using accounting reports to identify risk and opportunities.
• Manages jobsites from survey to completion and coordinates progress with customers.
• Manages subcontractor schedule and performance on turnkey projects.
• Maintains relationships with owners, contractors, consultants, and architects.
• Reviews change orders, purchase orders, and other approvals.
• Keeps up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local elevator codes.
