Otis Elevator Company seeks a Modernization Project Manager to oversee coordination on multiple installation projects, ensuring on-schedule delivery, cost containment, and customer satisfaction.

The role requires reading architectural/structural drawings, contract writing, and collaboration with sales, superintendents, and leadership to optimize financial and customer outcomes. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant construction/engineering background advantageous.
• Experience in elevator modernization or similar projects a plus.
• Strong contract administration and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple modernization projects ensuring on-time completion within budget and compliant with safety standards.
• Coordinate contract activities from award to project completion; review progress with stakeholders.
• Communicate proactively with cross-functional partners and leadership.
• Work with sales staff, superintendents, and executives to align financial and customer outcomes.
• Manage billing, payments to consultants & contractors, RFIs, and change orders.
