Job summary

KONE is seeking a Construction Project Manager for the Miramar, FL area to lead modernization projects within the elevator industry. You will manage schedules, resources, and procurement, ensuring safety and compliance across the project lifecycle.

Lead risk/opportunity assessment, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and apply strong budgeting skills to manage cash flow and forecasts. A bachelor’s degree or substantial construction experience is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong financial acumen with budget/cash flow management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain/update project schedule and timelines.
• Oversee resources including material and labor.
• Handle procurement-related tasks (subcontracts and vendors).
• Ensure quality through metrics and punch-list closure.
