KONE Miramar, FL is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead commercial elevator construction projects within our Modernization business. You will own the project schedule, manage resources, and coordinate procurement with subcontracts and vendors.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in construction project management and a bachelor’s degree (or 7+ years of relevant experience). You will use tools like Microsoft Project and SAP to track timelines, risks, and budget, ensuring safety and quality

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant construction project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years of relevant working experience.
• Experience managing commercial elevator construction projects or modernization projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain/update the approved project schedule.
• Monitor resources including material and labor for the project.
• Handle procurement responsibilities (subcontracts and vendors).
• Ensure quality through metrics and punch-list resolution.
