Job summary

Lunova Group is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to coordinate elevator construction and modernization projects in San Diego. You will drive the project lifecycle from bid review to close-out, coordinate internal teams, and maintain strong customer communication to exceed expectations.

The role requires 5+ years in project coordination, PMP certification (in-progress acceptable within first year), and a knack for managing scope, timelines, and costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is preferred and PMP certification is required or in-progress within first year.
• 5+ years of experience coordinating and supporting business projects.
• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to read blueprints or architectural drawings is a plus and beneficial for site coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of elevator construction and modernization projects from review of bids to close-out.
• Collaborate with Sales during bidding to ensure accurate scopes, timelines, and cost projections.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer requests, questions, and updates with proactive communication.
• Order and monitor materials and parts, manage project schedules, and coordinate internal teams to meet milestones.
• Perform job site audits and quality control checks to reinforce safety and high standards.
• Monitor budgets and ensure financial and operational close-out for each project.
