Qualifications

• 3+ years elevator industry project management and/or construction experience desired.
• Familiarity with cost estimating, scheduling, and contract administration.
• Ability to read and review architectural and structural drawings.
• Team-oriented and adaptable in dynamic settings.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for developing relationships with stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft software within technical environments.
• Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee coordination of activities on multiple modernization installation projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet safety and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate contract activities from award to completion, reviewing progress against scope.
• Communicate with cross-functional partners to align on objectives.
• Manage billing, payments to consultants and contractors, RFIs, and change orders to optimize cash flow.
• Interpret construction documents and determine cost of changes.
• Analyze situations and develop contingencies for estimates.
