Job summary

You will partner with sales, engineering, and field teams to meet specifications, timelines, and budget, while building strong customer relationships in a dynamic market.

The role emphasizes project oversight, coordination with vendors, and proactive problem solving to deliver high-quality, profitable results.

Qualifications

• BS/AS degree preferred in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management or Finance.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in elevator or related building systems industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Excellent computer skills, including MS Office & Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage new installation/modernization projects to ensure profitability and on-schedule close-out.
• Review and book projects within one week of award; set action plans if dates slip.
• Provide submittals to engineering/vendors; coordinate material delivery for projects.
• Interface with field superintendent to track progress and adjust dates as needed.
• Handle change orders and ensure customer sign-off before related work.
• Ensure timely invoicing and target 90% payment before turnover.
