Job summary

Towne Park seeks a Guest Service Associate to deliver attentive hospitality, assist guests with parking and luggage, and support smooth arrival and departure experiences. The role emphasizes safety, friendliness, and efficient service in a parking/valet setting.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to communicate in English; the schedule is 3PM–11PM on Fridays and Saturdays, with enrollment options for benefits and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work (or within commutable distance).
• One month of related experience and/or training, or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of customer and personal service principles.
• Ability to read/write standard English and to understand basic instructions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and ensure a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
• Assist guests with parking and retrieving vehicles in a safe, efficient manner.
• Help guests with luggage delivery/pickup where applicable during arrival and departure.
• Explain parking rates and procedures and manage ticketing and key/tag processes in the valet system.
• Move through tasks efficiently, maintaining accuracy in guest folios and revenue collection.
