The Port, Red Wing’s distinct cocktail lounge, is seeking talented servers to join our team. At The Port inside The St. James Hotel, we pride ourselves on delivering memorable hospitality in a warm, elevated atmosphere that makes every guest feel valued.

You will serve multiple tables, check IDs, and pour drinks in compliance with state regulations, while communicating with teammates and guests. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and enjoy connecting with people, we’d love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Ability to demonstrate good verbal, written, and communication skills with attention to detail and interpersonal relationships with guests and employees.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys connecting with people and delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Serve multiple tables of Guests simultaneously as determined by management.
• Check Guests’ identification and serve alcoholic drinks adhering to state and local regulations.
• Work in team environment and communicate with Team Members and Guests.
• Perform preparatory duties as assigned (e.g., polishing and folding).
• Work in compliance with Liquor Certification training.
