Job summary

Qualifications

• Three to six months related customer service experience; or equivalent experience in a similar role.
• Able to demonstrate good verbal, written, and communication skills with attention to detail and interpersonal relationships with guests and employees.

Responsibilities

• Greets all visitors to the restaurant and executes service as SOPs.
• Know all menu items and beverage offerings to enhance guest experience.
• Enhance property reputation by taking ownership of requests and finding value in service.
• Assist in maintaining general cleanliness of the restaurant.
• Perform preparatory duties such as polishing, folding, and setting up reservations.
