Job summary

Terrain Café, a garden-to-table restaurant rooted in craftsmanship and heartfelt hospitality, seeks a dedicated Server to join the front-of-house team. You will greet guests, guide them through seasonal offerings, and deliver refined service with warmth and curiosity in a nature-inspired setting.

You will input orders via Toast, collaborate with teammates, and contribute to a memorable dining experience while upholding sustainability and local sourcing values.

Qualifications

• Experience in an elevated, high-volume dining environment.
• Friendly, guest-focused communicator with a poised presence.
• Ability to multitask while staying calm under pressure.
• Passionate about hospitality and sustainability.
• Familiarity with Toast POS and beverage service.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and select holidays.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, elevated service in a welcoming, nature-inspired setting.
• Guide guests through seasonal menus and beverage pairings.
• Input orders using the Toast POS system and deliver food and drinks timely.
• Offer refined tableside wine service and engaging beverage presentations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across service areas.
• Process payments accurately and uphold café standards.
• Support teammates and adapt to evolving guest needs during service.
