Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Project, Outlook, Word, Excel) and Windows.
• Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages all resident interactions with professionalism and accommodates special requests; provides high-level customer service and develops creative solutions to resident concerns; communicates information on our Elevated Living Experience.
• Organizes resident belongings, messages, and packages accurately and promptly, while maintaining service quality.
• Assists leasing team with scheduling and organizing property tours.
• Keeps property collateral up to date for restaurants, attractions, maps, and local events to aid resident recommendations.
• Provides basic troubleshooting for guest suite services (cable, internet, TV, games, web).
• Supports in-city resident experiences and requests with timely, knowledgeable responses.
