We are seeking a Leasing Consultant for One Bennett Park in Chicago to guide prospects from inquiry to move-in, sharing the building story and creating a welcoming experience.

You will highlight lifestyle features, manage tours, process applications, coordinate events, and contribute to a friendly, high‑performance team.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, hospitality, or customer service.
• Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and in-person.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Weekend availability required (with two weekdays off).
• A valid real estate license (or willingness to obtain one).
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospects and guide them through personalized property tours.
• Highlight lifestyle features, community amenities, and neighborhood insights.
• Use CRM systems to track leads and follow up with care and attention.
• Prepare and process lease applications, documents, and renewals.
• Share ideas with marketing on campaigns, tour strategies, and promotions.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitors.
• Support smooth move-ins and move-outs with great communication and care.
• Coordinate resident events and activities to strengthen community ties.
