RH Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Runner to support an elevated dining experience that reflects the highest standards of hospitality. You will connect the kitchen and dining room, lead dish presentation, and ensure each plate is delivered with care, precision and timeliness.

The ideal candidate is passionate about guest experience, thrives in a collaborative environment, and commits to excellence in every detail. This on-site role requires flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

1+ year of experience in a fast-paced guest-facing or culinary support role.
Must be legally authorized to work in the country where applying.
Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol and perform kitchen duties per local regulations.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts.

Responsibilities

Create a warm, First Class service experience at all times.
Lead the delivery and presentation of dishes with accuracy and timeliness.
Support expediting and maintain flow between kitchen and dining room.
Maintain an organized service environment including stations and expediting line.
Anticipate guest needs and assist with clearing and resetting tables.
Demonstrate RH standards through presentation, menu knowledge and attention to detail.
Embrace a team-oriented mindset and the 'Full Hands In, Full Hands Out' philosophy.
