Job summary

RH Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Runner to support an elevated dining experience that reflects the highest standards of hospitality in our design galleries. You will connect the kitchen and dining room, leading the presentation of RH’s culinary offerings and ensuring each dish is delivered with care, precision and timeliness.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of guest-facing or culinary support experience, is legally eligible to work in the U.S., and can work weekends or holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in fast-paced guest-facing or culinary support role.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must meet minimum age to serve alcohol and perform kitchen tasks per local laws.
• Weekend/holiday/variable shifts required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver First Class Service at all times.
• Lead delivery and presentation of dishes with accuracy and timing.
• Support expediting and maintain kitchen-dining flow.
• Maintain organized service environment and stations.
• Anticipate guest needs and assist with clearing and resetting tables.
• Demonstrate RH standards through presentation and menu knowledge.
• Embrace a team mindset and 'Full Hands In, Full Hands Out'.
