Minnehaha Country Club is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations in Elevated Dining. The role reports to the F&B Director, oversees a service staff of roughly 10, and drives member dining experiences through training and proactive leadership.

Responsibilities include staff development, budgeting, pursuing service excellence, and maximizing dining traffic within budget constraints, while promoting the club’s brand with professionalism and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of dining room/restaurant supervisory experience in a full service setting; fine dining preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
• Experience managing beverage programs and inventory preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-of-house operations for the restaurant, ensuring service excellence.
• Lead and train a service staff of about 10; develop ongoing professional development.
• Manage staff schedules, payroll approvals, and performance reviews.
• Develop and implement programs to enhance member dining experience and revenues.
• Uphold club policies, beverage service standards, and safety policies.
