Job summary

Azul Hospitality is seeking a bartender to provide friendly, courteous service in a high-volume bar environment. You will prepare beverages, take orders, describe menu items, restock inventory, and ensure proper storage and security of alcohol.

The role requires strong customer relations, cash handling, and teamwork to support servers and other staff. Candidates must be at least 21, hold Safe Server certification, and meet California RBS requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of high-volume bar experience required.
• Safe Server Alcohol & Food Handlers certification required.
• California RBS Certification must be met.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests and servers for table delivery.
• Take beverage and food orders at the bar and describe menu items.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Ensure liquor, beer and wine are stored properly and secured.
• Operate a cash register and handle payments per policy.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and assist other staff as needed.
