Johnson Lexus of Durham is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our Service team. You will act as the primary liaison between guests and the Service Department, guiding repairs and keeping customers informed from arrival to delivery.

• Confidence discussing maintenance and repair recommendations and asking guests for authorization.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple guests and repair orders.

• Attention to detail and accurate documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Technicians, Parts, and Service management.

Aufgaben

• Welcome guests promptly and set clear expectations for their service visit.
• Document vehicle symptoms and service requests accurately for diagnosis and repair.
• Review service history, warranty info, prior inspections, declined services, and recommendations.
• Explain service recommendations, costs, priorities, and options clearly to guests.
• Obtain guest authorization before additional work and document repair orders.
• Coordinate with Technicians, Parts, and Service management for efficient workflow.
• Communicate status, changes in cost/time, and developments to guests.
• Review completed repairs and final invoices for accuracy.
