Job summary

Johnson Lexus of Raleigh is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our service team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, documenting vehicle issues, and guiding customers through maintenance and repairs with clear recommendations.

You will coordinate with technicians and parts staff to ensure timely repairs, maintain accurate service records, and follow up on aging orders while upholding Lexus standards and dealership policies.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests promptly and establish expectations for their service visit.
• Document vehicle symptoms, service requests, and information for diagnosis and repair.
• Advise guests on maintenance, findings, and needed repairs.
• Explain service recommendations, costs, and options clearly.
• Coordinate with Technicians, Parts personnel, and Service management to support workflow.
• Maintain repair orders from write-up through completion and follow up on aging repairs.
