Job summary

Johnson Lexus of Raleigh is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our Service team. You will be the primary connection between guests and the Service Department, guiding repairs and communicating status from write-up to delivery.

We value exceptional communication, relationship-building, accuracy in documentation, and the ability to coordinate with Technicians, Parts, and Service management. A valid driver's license is required, and Saturdays may be required.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to translate technical information into clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, document service needs, and establish expectations.
• Explain service recommendations, costs, and options to guests.
• Obtain authorization before additional work and document repair orders.
• Coordinate with Technicians, Parts, and Service management for workflow.
• Communicate status and changes to guests throughout the visit.
• Review repairs and final invoices with guests at delivery.
• Schedule next service appointments when appropriate.
