Johnson Lexus of Raleigh is seeking a polished, experienced Service Advisor to join our Service team in Raleigh, NC. You will be the primary link between guests and service, guiding repair orders from intake to delivery with clear communication and professional service.

Ideal candidates bring exceptional customer service, strong listening skills, and the ability to explain complex maintenance in simple terms while coordinating with technicians and parts staff for timely completion.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and set expectations for service visits.
• Document vehicle symptoms and service requests accurately for diagnosis.
• Advise on maintenance and repairs with transparent costs and options.
• Obtain guest authorization before work and document repairs clearly.
• Coordinate with Technicians, Parts, and Service management for efficient workflow.
• Communicate status and changes to guests throughout the visit.
• Manage repair orders from write-up to completion and delivery.
• Review final invoices with guests at delivery and schedule next service.
