Job summary

SPLENDORA INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT is seeking an Elementary Registrar to maintain student records and PEIMS data at the campus level. You will handle enrollment, transfers, withdrawals, and attendance data entry under minimal supervision.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and strong organizational and communication skills. This role is full-time, with a 207-day calendar and a starting wage of $16.75 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Three years clerical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect and enter attendance and PEIMS data into the established database and verify accuracy.
• Maintain student records and process requests for student information and transcripts.
• Assist parents, students, and faculty with questions regarding student attendance.
• Contact parents/guardians to verify student absences and report attendance problems.
• Compile, maintain, file, and distribute all reports, records, and other documents as required.
