NCRF is seeking a Peer Advisor to inspire and support elementary students in academics, social-emotional growth, and personal development. You will mentor students, lead engaging activities, provide homework help, and foster a safe, positive learning environment that encourages curiosity and confidence.

The role emphasizes creativity, relationship-building, and collaboration with site Leads, coordinators, and teachers to deliver high-quality programming and student success.

Competenze

• Associate’s degree or higher required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Passion for working with children and youth development.

Mansioni

• Lead engaging learning experiences for elementary students with activities, games, and projects.
• Provide homework help and support academic skills across reading, writing, and math.
• Foster positive relationships and mentorship, promoting confidence and respect.
• Support social-emotional learning through daily interactions and structured activities.
• Facilitate enrichment activities in STEAM, literacy, arts, and wellness.
• Encourage active student participation and celebrate progress.
• Ensure student safety and maintain a structured, nurturing environment.
• Track attendance and participation, sign-in/sign-out procedures.
• Complete required program reports and documentation in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with Site Leads, Coordinators, teachers, and staff.
