Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs aligned with student needs.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and create Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP).
• Collaborate with the Behavior Therapist to analyze data and guide interventions.
• Create a structured classroom using de-escalation and coping strategies.
• Plan and facilitate 45-day case conferences and progress reporting.
