Responsibilities

• Collaborate with students, parents, and staff to develop IEPs through ARDC.
• Implement instructional, therapeutic, and/or skill development programs for assigned students.
• Plan and use instructional strategies reflecting individual learning needs.
• Modify curricula to support IEP goals and provide inclusion support.
• Attend ARDC meetings and assess student progress.
• Present material according to TEKS and ARDC guidelines.
• Use technology to support instruction and manage learning.
• Supervise teaching assistants and volunteers.
• Maintain open communication with families and staff.
