Job summary

Cross Country Education is seeking a Special Education Teacher to support elementary students with autism in Litchfield Park, AZ for the 2026–2027 school year. You will provide individualized instruction, support behavioral goals, and develop IEPs using data-driven practices in a structured, inclusive classroom.

Collaborating with families and multidisciplinary staff, you will implement evidence-based strategies, monitor progress, and adjust instruction accordingly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field.
• Active Arizona Special Education Teaching Certification.
• Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Experience developing and implementing IEPs, data-driven progress monitoring, and applying evidence-based instructional and behavioral strategies for students with autism.
