Job summary

Cross Country Education in Phoenix, AZ is seeking passionate Special Education Teachers to support high school students across diverse learning environments for the 2026–2027 school year.

You will design individualized instruction, monitor progress toward IEP goals, partner with families and multidisciplinary teams, and maintain a structured, engaging classroom to promote academic and life-skill growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Active Arizona Special Education Teaching Certification
• Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Knowledge of the Essential Elements of Effective Instruction (EEEI) preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain a structured, positive classroom that promotes student engagement and emotional safety.

Qualifications
