The role focuses on delivering individualized instruction within the learning center or classroom, using innovative resources and PBIS guidelines to support students with IEPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in education, special education or a closely related field.

Responsabilités

• Lead instructional process for Elementary School students with IEPs, designing personalized learning within the center or classroom.
• Deliver targeted instruction using innovative curriculum resources and educational software.
• Create comprehensive lesson plans and schedules aligned to standards.
• Implement and reinforce PBIS strategies and classroom management.
• Track student progress, maintain files, and generate progress reports.
• Develop and modify instructional approaches to meet diverse learning needs.
• Manage IEP goals and interventions with differentiated instruction.
• Collaborate in a co-teaching environment to meet IEP educational goals.
• Prepare organized materials and ensure a safe, welcoming classroom.
