Job summary

ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher for our elementary learning settings. The role focuses on designing personalized learning experiences within learning centers and classrooms, delivering differentiated instruction, and aligning plans with state standards.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Special Education or related field.
• IL PEL credential (current or in progress).

Responsibilities

• Lead instructional process for Elementary School students with IEPs.
• Deliver targeted instruction using innovative curriculum and learning software.
• Develop individualized lesson plans and schedules aligned to standards.
• Collaborate in co-teaching environments to meet IEP goals.
• Track student progress and maintain accurate records.
