Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support elementary students in a school-based setting near Freeport, IL. This 22.5-hour week role (3 days) runs through the end of the school year in early June 2027 and emphasizes collaboration within a multidisciplinary team to deliver effective IEP-driven therapy and progress monitoring.

Ideal candidates are licensed SLP with SLP-CCC in Illinois; Clinical Fellows or new graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois SLP license and SLP-CCC
• Experience in pediatric/school-based settings
• Ability to develop IEP goals and track progress

Responsibilities

• Conduct direct therapy sessions for elementary students
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Assess progress and document outcomes
• Collaborate with teachers and families
• Participate in IEP meetings
