Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to support elementary or early childhood students in a Rockford, IL school. This full-time contract runs 37.5 hours per week across a full academic year from August 3rd to May 28th, with a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include delivering therapy, conducting assessments, writing IEPs, coordinating with teachers and families, maintaining records, and participating in PD and meetings.

Qualifications

• Illinois Speech Language Pathologist license is required.
• PEL in Illinois or in process, current or in progress.
• Open to CFY candidates or CCC holders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to elementary or early childhood students.
• Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and monitor progress.
• Work with teachers, support staff, and families to provide comprehensive support.
• Maintain records, documentation, and reports as required by school policy.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment and participate in meetings.
