Job summary

Soliant in Colorado Brighton is seeking a contract SLP to provide evidence-based speech-language therapy for elementary students onsite, under IEP guidance. This full-time position runs through June 3, 2027, with benefits including healthcare, housing, and meals/incidentals.

You’ll collaborate with teachers, families, and a multidisciplinary team while maintaining accurate records and contributing to student growth and communication skills in a supportive school setting.

Qualifications

• Active SLP license required.
• CCC certification highly preferred.
• Experience with school-aged children in a school setting is ideal.
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based speech-language therapy to elementary students as per IEPs.
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize student outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with school/state requirements.
• Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and ongoing professional development.
• Create a positive, engaging learning environment for student growth.
