Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide direct therapy for elementary students in an on-site, full-time role. The position runs from now through early June 2027, offering collaboration with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor IEPs.

Qualifications

Licensed SLP with CCC in state of practice.
Experience with school-age children in elementary settings.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to administer assessments and develop IEPs.

Responsibilities

Deliver direct speech-language therapy to elementary students in group and individual settings.
Conduct screenings, evaluations, and ongoing assessments to identify speech and language needs.
Collaborate with teachers, parents/guardians, and multidisciplinary teams to create and implement IEPs.
Provide consultative support and resources to educators to facilitate inclusive classroom practices.
Maintain accurate documentation of services, progress notes, and reports per school policies.
Foster positive relationships that support student engagement and growth within the academic environment.
