Job summary

Soliant is seeking dedicated speech-language professionals to support students in a dynamic school environment. This contract role welcomes experienced clinicians and CFYs/SLPAs, with a focus on advocacy for communication needs and academic success.

Responsibilities include assessments, treatment, progress monitoring, and collaboration with educators, counselors, and families. Both onsite and teletherapy options are available, with thorough documentation and compliance emphasized.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or completion of an accredited SLPA program.
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA credentials.
• Prior experience in schools or pediatric settings preferred.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery is a plus.
• Ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assessments, individualized treatment, and progress monitoring in accordance with students' IEPs.
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other multidisciplinary team members.
• Offer both onsite and teletherapy interventions as needed.
• Keep thorough, timely records of sessions, progress notes, and documentation for compliance.
• Provide consultation and resources to staff and families to support generalization of skills.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP development and reviews.
