Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to provide onsite services for elementary students in a Colorado school setting. This full-time contract supports a collaborative, student-centered environment focused on communication growth and student success throughout the school year.

Requirements include an active SLP license and CCC-SLP, school-based experience preferred, and strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

Active and current SLP license required.
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required.
Experience in a school setting, especially with elementary students, preferred.
Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to evidence-based, culturally responsive practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

Assess, diagnose, and treat students' speech, language, and communication disorders.
Develop and implement IEP goals in line with policies and state regulations.
Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to support achievement and generalization of goals.
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports for each student.
Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and consultative sessions as needed.
Support a positive and supportive classroom environment.
