Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a contracted Speech-Language Pathologist to support two elementary schools from August 10 through the end of October. The incumbent will deliver direct and consultative services to a caseload of 117 students, with an assigned Speech-Language Assistant to help manage tasks.

On-site delivery is preferred, but candidates with remote/telepractice experience are encouraged to apply. Indiana licensure eligibility and CCC-SLP credential are required for this temporary

Qualifications

• Masters in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CCC-SLP certification required.
• Eligible for Indiana state licensure.
• Recent school-based experience preferred (elementary).
• Able to manage a large caseload with SLA support.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience with virtual/remote therapy platforms valued.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to students across two elementary schools.
• Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and families to support IEP goals.
• Supervise and coordinate with the assigned SLA to optimize student support.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation per requirements.
• Utilize telepractice tools effectively if working remotely.
