Job summary

ProCare Therapy in the United States seeks an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to support elementary students in a two-site K-5 assignment. This contract role offers a small caseload and collaborative on-site team of two SLPs.

You'll evaluate, diagnose, and provide direct therapy aligned with IEPs, travel between sites as needed, and contribute to a close-knit school community. Compensation ranges and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current SLP licensure/certification for practice in schools (CCC or CFY accepted).
• Experience or interest in working with K-5 student populations.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Passion for helping students achieve their speech and language goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and direct therapy for a small caseload of K-5 students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students IEPs.
• Maintain thorough and timely progress documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, and your fellow SLPs.
• Travel between school sites as required by the schedule.
