• BA in Science; special education experience a plus.

• Familiarity with new technologies; GSuite and Veracross a plus

Responsibilities

• Work in collaboration with their teaching partner to implement parts of the curriculum and gradually assume increased responsibilities.
• Advocate for homeroom students, supporting relationships with other teachers and parents.
• Supervise homeroom students during division-wide and school-wide activities.
• Implement individualized student plans for homework, organization, and behavior.
• Participate in professional development, MMFS committees, weekly faculty meetings, and all staff meetings.
• Write, edit, and submit trimester reports, grades, recommendations, evaluations, and other requests as needed.
• Duties include supervising a study hall, arrival/lunch/dismissal, trips, and student clubs.
• Lead a reading and math group independently.
