The Oregon School District is seeking a school social worker to fill a leave of absence for the remainder of the 2026-27 school year. This role will serve multiple elementary schools and focus on supporting students' social, emotional, and mental health needs.

Ideal candidates will have experience working with elementary students, collaborate with families and community resources, and contribute to an equity-minded, student-centered environment through proactive, creative interventions.

Qualifications

• Liaise between families and community agencies/resources.
• Provide social, emotional, and mental health interventions to individuals and groups of students.
• Collaborate and communicate clearly with all stakeholders.
• Think creatively to meet student needs.
• Support students across mental health, academics, basic needs, attendance, and behavior.
• Demonstrate ongoing commitment to educational equity and life-long learning.
