Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support elementary students in Dearborn Heights, MI, on a full-time contract. The caseload comprises 52 students across two campuses, with collaboration among educators and families to foster communication development.

You will deliver assessments, intervention, and progress monitoring, develop IEPs, and participate in multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• School-based licensure and school certification.
• Experience or strong interest in elementary-aged caseloads.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for a caseload of 52 elementary students.
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize students' success.
• Guide and support students' language, articulation, and social communication goals.
• Engage in multi-disciplinary teamwork to ensure holistic student development.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to school-wide initiatives.
