Job summary

Soliant is seeking a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist for elementary students in Dearborn Heights, Michigan. This full-time contract runs from August 13, 2026, through June 11, 2027, with hours 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, providing a meaningful opportunity to support student communication goals.

You will collaborate with teachers and families, participate in IEP meetings, and deliver evidence-based therapy across articulation, language, fluency, and voice disorders.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Valid state licensure or eligibility required.
• CCC-SLP preferred; CFY candidates welcome.
• School-based experience highly desired.
• Ability to develop engaging therapy plans for elementary students.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for elementary students.
• Develop and implement IEPs.
• Deliver therapy for articulation, language, fluency, and voice disorders.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Document progress and maintain records per guidelines.
• Provide consultative services and training to educators and families.
• Participate in IEP meetings and guide communication strategies.
