Qualifications

• Active Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist license required.
• Experience in school settings preferred.
• Experience with elementary to high school levels.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt therapy plans to student needs.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and plan interventions for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
• Provide direct and consultative therapeutic services in individual or group settings.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student success.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports in accordance with school district and state guidelines.
• Participate in school meetings, multidisciplinary teams, and professional development as needed.
