Job summary

Soliant is seeking a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist to support elementary students in Missouri from late October through early February, working with another SLP in a collaborative, student-centered environment.

You will serve as case manager for six students, deliver direct therapy in individual and small-group settings, complete assessments and IEP documentation for 38 students, and participate in on-site team meetings with a full-time SLP.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC-SLP certification required.
• Experience working with elementary school students in a school setting.
• Strong collaboration with colleagues, teachers, and families.
• Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and compassionately.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy in individual and small-group settings.
• Serve as case manager for six students, overseeing IEP development and implementation.
• Complete required assessments, progress reports, and IEP documentation for 38 students.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with a full-time SLP on site.
• Arrive 15 minutes before the 8:35am start and remain 15 minutes after the 3:35pm end of contract time for prep and wrap-up.
