Job summary

Soliant is seeking a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist to support elementary students in Missouri from late October through early February, working with another SLP in a collaborative, student-centered environment.

You will serve as case manager for six students, deliver direct therapy in individual and small-group settings, complete assessments and IEP documentation for 38 students, and participate in on-site team meetings with a full-time SLP.

Job description

Step into a rewarding school-based opportunity supporting elementary students as a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist. Work alongside another dedicated SLP in a collaborative, student-centered environment from late October through early February, making a meaningful impact during this important part of the school year.

You’ll provide services to students in grades K-5 with a focus on individualized support and active engagement. As a case manager for six students, you’ll develop and implement effective strategies tailored to their needs, while maintaining a positive learning environment. Your caseload will include 19 students with IEPs as well as 19 students receiving targeted interventions—a total of 38 young learners whose communication skills will benefit from your expertise.

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required.
• Experience working with elementary school-aged children, especially within a school or district setting.
• Strong ability to collaborate with colleagues, teachers, and families.
